Thank you for purchasing a Vilano children's bicycle. We have kept the assembly of this bicycle to an absolute bare minimum. All you will need to do is follow these steps. There is a video at the bottom of this information as well.
1. Empty the box and ensure you have all the parts needed. If you do not please email us at Customercare@vilanobikes.com or call us on (855) 438-2453. We are open from Monday to Friday - 9 am till 5 pm EST.
