1. Pull up order in ShipStation, cancel line. (If label generated - void & cancel - email Chris to stock product in - PLEASE INCLUDE ORDER NUMBER AND THAT IT IS A POST SHIPMENT CANCELLATION)

2. Pull up order in SellerCloud. Cancel order via Actions menu. (If label generated - do NOT do this step, move on to step 3)


3. Pull up order in ChannelAdvisor - Cancel order for reason "Seller Goodwill". This is IMPORTANT. "Canceled" should NOT be used, this transmits that we cancelled due to an out of stock if you use this reason code, which hurts our Rakuten account. 


4. Notate and reply to any FD tickets.
