There are a number of reasons why we would be getting this exception. The customers address is often incomplete (they need an apartment number or something). 



Just like the other exceptions, UPS does reach out to customers when a delivery address needs to be modified. 



UNLESS THE SHIPMENT PROGRESS SAYS DELIVERED, please do the following:


1. Link ticket to Odoo and copy notes. If you need the steps again, please check them out here

2. Make a ticket in Odoo and send the template: UPS failed delivery attempt (company or receiver name incorrect)




*** PLEASE NOTE*** We do NOT create emails and contact Wayfair , OverStock, or Groupon Customers. Notate in Odoo rearding the type of exception each time they come in and  add the order number to the exception ticket. Then you can close the exception ticket.
