PO Boxes are traditionally used to receive mail when you live in areas where mail is not delivered directly to you home. That being said, UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes. They are two separate companies. 


Before an order ships, we do try to update orders that have a PO Box as the delivery address. Unfortunately, sometimes orders are missed and UPS sends us notifications. 



As with all UPS notifications, please be sure to check the tracking on the UPS website. 


UPS will try to reach to the customer to update the address



Even if UPS has reached out to the seller, we want to send an email as well. Customers often do not respond to UPS. 


If the tracking number DOES NOT indicate delivered under the Shipment Progress, please do the following:


1. Link ticket to Odoo and copy notes. If you need the steps again, please check them out here

2. Make a ticket in Odoo and send the template: PO Box Shipping UPS exception




*** PLEASE NOTE*** We do NOT create emails and contact Wayfair , OverStock, or Groupon Customers. Notate in Odoo rearding the type of exception each time they come in and  add the order number to the exception ticket. Then you can close the exception ticket.
