Import C.O.D charges due OR Receiver must pay duties or taxes 



When we get exceptions like this, it is often a package that is shipping internationally (usually Canada). Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Duties and taxes are imposed to generate revenue, protect local industries against foreign competition or both. The duties and taxes normally must be paid before the goods are released from customs.

As long as there isn't an exception under Shipment Progress that we would general send an email ( 1st delivery attempt, Change address, etc), these Exceptions can be noted, tied to Odoo and closed.
