Taking out the battery for charging a Vilano Electric Bike, is simple. Locate the lock on the left side of the battery housing under the rear rack (left as you would sit on the bike), insert one of the keys that came with the bike, turn the lock counter clockwise, then pull/slide the battery out and plug it in to charge.
